Ingredients:
1/2 lb Linguini
1 Tsp Sea Salt
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
4 Tbsp Butter
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
4 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
1/3 Cup Green Onion, chopped
2 Tsp Lemon Zest
12 Jumbo Shrimp
1/3 Cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Lemon Wedges
Fill pasta pot with water.
Add sea salt & 1 tablespoon olive oil to water and bring to a boil.
Add pasta to water and cook until al dente, drain and set aside.
While pasta cooks, add olive oil and butter to a heavy skillet over medium heat.
When butter melts add garlic and the next 4 ingredients, stirring occasionally.
Cook shrimp until pink.
Add pasta to a large serving bowl.
Pour shrimp mixture over pasta and stir to coat.
Sprinkle scampi with parsley, parmesan & black pepper.
